VERSION INFORMATION 1.3.2 BETA3

Updates: - Added a tab to control all settings of BFH - Added a ban tab, with the possibility to store all bans locally. (need to enable this in the general tab) - Added a method to sync with a external banlist, like the one from I3D or an other. (But address or local file in textbox in the general/settings tab. For files you can use the button next to the textbox, if you have a URL, just past it in the textbox. - Double click on a server in the server tab to connect to that server. - Hit enter to send a message to all in the textbox in the chat tab. - Chat will always be added to the end of the chat box. - 'Enable ingame admins' is now also saved to the settings file. Breaking changes: - Ingame admin list empty, sorry because of some code changes it is now stored differently in the settings file. If you wanna keep them copy your setting, add somebody as ingame admin, and then add the rest manual to the settings.xml file. - Reasons: If you wanna show the name of the player in the reasons, use {0}. The program will insert the name of the player on that spot. Hopefully no major bugs in it, then I will release this as the next version.
